1. Who we are

Rocket Fuel is a preventive-health service operated by HealthRx Ventures Private Limited(“Rocket Fuel”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Rocket Fuel website (getrocketfuel.app), the Rocket Fuel web and mobile apps, and every purchase made through them. By creating an account or making a payment you agree to these terms.

2. What Rocket Fuel is

Rocket Fuel combines diagnostic lab testing, physician review, and ongoing health tracking:

• Lab tests — blood panels and other diagnostics, collected at home or at partner facilities and processed by certified partner laboratories.
• Memberships — a plan that includes testing, a personalised protocol, and access to an assigned physician through the year.
• The app — your results, trends, protocol and physician communication in one place.

3. Not for emergencies — medical disclaimer

Rocket Fuel is a preventive-health and wellness service. It is not a substitute for emergency care or for your treating doctor. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Insights and protocols in the app are based on the data you share and are reviewed by licensed physicians, but they do not replace an in-person clinical examination.

4. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account and purchase.
• Keep your login (email OTP) private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate health information — physician review is only as good as the data you share.

5. Bookings & fulfilment

• Sample collections are scheduled from your dashboard after purchase; you will receive confirmations (including on WhatsApp, if opted in).
• You can reschedule a collection slot free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts.
• Testing is performed by certified partner laboratories. Turnaround times shown in the app are estimates.

6. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We do not store your card or banking details.
• Purchases are one-time payments. Nothing auto-renews and there are no recurring charges unless a plan explicitly says so at checkout.
• If a payment is debited but the order does not complete, the amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation windows and refund timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: lab tests are fully refundable until a sample is collected, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.
• Don't resell or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.
• Content in the app (reports, protocols, insights) is for your personal use.

9. Intellectual property

The Rocket Fuel brand, app, design, and content are owned by HealthRx Ventures Private Limited or its licensors. Your health data remains yours — see our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email; the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the registered office of HealthRx Ventures Private Limited have exclusive jurisdiction.
