Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how HealthRx Ventures Private Limited (“Rocket Fuel”, “we”) handles your information when you use getrocketfuel.app, the Rocket Fuel apps, or buy a test or membership. Health data is the most sensitive thing you can share with us and we treat it that way.

2. What we collect

Account information

• Name, email, phone number, date of birth, sex.

Health information

• Blood test results from partner laboratories and reports you upload.
• Wearable and device data you choose to sync (sleep, heart rate, activity).
• Health history, goals and preferences you share for your protocol.

Payment information

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We keep the order reference, amount and payment status.

Usage information

• Device type, app version and basic analytics that help us fix and improve the product.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the service: run your tests, generate your protocol, and let your physician review your results.
• To process payments, bookings, refunds and support requests.
• To send service messages (confirmations, results, reminders) — including on WhatsApp if you opt in.
• To improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your health data for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Partner laboratories — to collect and process your samples.
• Your assigned physician and care team — to review results and build your protocol.
• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, secure storage, messaging) — bound by confidentiality and used only to run the service.
• Authorities, if required by law.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Access to health data inside the team is restricted to those who need it to deliver your care.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active so your health history and trends stay useful to you. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see below); some payment records must be kept longer where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

• Access and download your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data (in-app: Settings → Delete account, or by email).
• Withdraw consent for optional data (e.g. disconnect a wearable) at any time.

To exercise any of these, write to team@getrocketfuel.app. We respond to grievances within the timelines required by applicable Indian law.

8. Cookies & analytics

The website and app use essential cookies/storage for login sessions and lightweight analytics to understand product usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

9. Children

Rocket Fuel is for adults 18 and over.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will notify you in the app or by email. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
